The perinatal program helps you transition smoothly through the changes while building a stronger body for the labor and delivery process. The postpartum program, on the other hand, guides you through the recovery process while building a stronger body thereby alleviating problems you may encounter during the postpartum period. Major areas of focus include diastasis recti, chronic back pain, bladder control caused by weak pelvic muscles, painful intercourse, decreased libido, labile mood and many more.
